After our son began Kindergarten, I immediately jumped into PTO. Not having a lot of time and wanting to make a difference, I decided to send out e-blasts when needed. I've been really contemplating what skill sets kids will need in the 21st century to succeed and discovered the most delightful and informative site, EDUTOPIA.org, George Lucas Foundation. This site is filled with so much great information and is a great resource. One of the things that I've been reading and that you might find of interest as well is about After School Programs.
